The ASAC Title 41 2024 Edition is the official codified administrative code: it is where the operative rules impose the Entry Permit on aliens (41.1007), grant the Entry Permit Waiver and OK to Board (41.1101), and enumerate the waiver countries (41.1102) and the Samoa waiver (41.1102(c)). The parent statute is ASCA 41.0502.
41.1102(c) is the operative rule granting Samoa citizens a visa-free entry waiver of up to ten days without an Entry Permit; the Attorney General's visitor-permit page implements it as an online 10-day visitor permit.
