Статья 1
1. Граждане государства одной из Сторон, владельцы действительных проездных документов, освобождаются от визовых требований для однократного или многократного въезда, выезда, транзита, временного пребывания на территории другой Стороны на период, не превышающий 90 (девяносто) календарных дней в течение каждого периода в 365 дней с момента первого въезда.
2. Граждане государства одной из Сторон, владельцы действительных проездных документов, намеревающиеся оставаться на территории государства другой Стороны дольше, чем максимальный период, предусмотренный в пункте 1 настоящей статьи, должны получить соответствующую визу, требуемую в соответствии с законодательством государства другой Стороны.
3. Граждане государств Сторон, владельцы дипломатических или служебных паспортов, назначенные в дипломатические представительства и консульские учреждения своих государств на территории государства другой Стороны, освобождаются от визовых требований для въезда, выезда и следования транзитом через территорию государства другой Стороны на протяжении всего периода аккредитации.
4. Положения пункта 3 настоящей статьи также применимы к членам их семей и лицам, находящимся на их иждивении, владельцам действительных дипломатических или служебных паспортов.

Пункт 5 of the Rules imposes the obligation — immigrants enter Kazakhstan only with a Republic of Kazakhstan visa unless legislation or a ratified treaty provides otherwise — and пункты 6 and 17 create the visa-free entitlements and their durations. The Migration Law delegates the entry order to the Government, and this resolution exercises that delegation.
Article 1(1) of the Kazakhstan-St Kitts and Nevis agreement exempts citizens of either Party from visas for stays not exceeding 90 calendar days within each 365-day period from first entry.
