The Immigration Act Cap 145 is the statute that creates the obligation: section 11 forbids aliens to enter without leave, section 5 and the Immigration (Visa) Regulations made under section 39 require the passport of a foreign national to bear a Grenadian visa unless the national is exempt, and the visa-exemption lists (the Third Schedule and the ministry's list) operate as exceptions to that baseline.
The Embassy of Grenada's visa-requirements list, updated April 2024 (the newest edition of the ministry list held), marks this issuer's regular passport 'No Visa required' with the stated number of days, establishing both visa-free entry and the stay period in a single line.
