Loi n° 02-03 creates the obligation: its article 3 requires every foreigner entering Morocco to hold a travel document 'assorti, le cas échéant, du visa exigible', and its article 9(2) fixes the maximum visitor stay at 90 days. The MFA consular list and the e-visa pages administer exemptions under this law.
The MFA's e-visa page names Thailand and Israel as the Category A nationalities who may apply for a visa online, and states the e-visa grants a stay of 30 days.
