The Immigration Department's 'Visit Visa / Entry Permit Requirements for the HKSAR' chapter is the operative publication that imposes a visa-free period or a visa requirement on each nationality for visits and transits to Hong Kong, published by the department that administers entry control under the Immigration Ordinance (Cap. 115); it creates the visitor entitlement rather than reporting one created elsewhere.
Each of these countries appears in the Immigration Department table with a visa-free visit period of 90 days, so their nationals may visit Hong Kong without a visa for up to 90 days.
