A national of any of the following countries is not required to produce a visa on landing in the Islands — (a) a country within the British Commonwealth of Nations, with the exception of — Bangladesh Cameroon Gambia Ghana India Jamaica - in respect of its nationals who are 15 years of age or older but not older than 70 years of age Nigeria Pakistan … Sierra Leone Sri Lanka Uganda; and

Regulation 7 is the provision that prescribes who must produce a visa on landing and who is exempt, made by the Cabinet under s.133(1) of the Customs and Border Control Act; it creates the visa obligation for this regime, and the 2026 amendment (SL 10 of 2026) is the current text of its country lists.

Regulation 7(1)(a) exempts from the visa requirement nationals of any country within the British Commonwealth of Nations; every issuer in this row is a Commonwealth member country and is not among the eleven named exceptions, so its nationals may land without a visa. (The CBC's current list confirms each of these countries in its 'Visa Not Required' column.)
