Anordning nr. 150/2001, consolidated as BEK nr. 184 af 14. februar 2025, brings the Danish Aliens Act into force for Greenland and itself creates the visa regime: § 4 requires a visa for every alien not exempt, § 3 grants visa-exempt aliens a stay of up to 3 months, § 1 exempts Nordic citizens, and § 39, stk. 2 delegates the detailed visa-exemption rules. The ministry overview merely publishes the nationality list under that framework.
Section 1 lets citizens of Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden enter and stay in Greenland without a permit, and section 5 confines the stay limits of sections 3 and 4 to non-Nordic aliens, so these Nordic citizens are not subject to the visa regime or to any time cap.
