Aevamo’s reading
Anordning nr. 150/2001, consolidated as BEK nr. 184 af 14. februar 2025, brings the Danish Aliens Act into force for Greenland and itself creates the visa regime: § 4 requires a visa for every alien not exempt, § 3 grants visa-exempt aliens a stay of up to 3 months, § 1 exempts Nordic citizens, and § 39, stk. 2 delegates the detailed visa-exemption rules. The ministry overview merely publishes the nationality list under that framework.
Section 4 of the anordning requires aliens who are not otherwise exempt to hold a visa for Greenland, and this row's issuers are not named in any of the exemption lists in the ministry overview or in section 1, so they must obtain a Greenland visa in advance.

What this answer covers Limits & assumptions
Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
