Aevamo’s reading

It states the obligation the rest of the regime qualifies, in words that impose rather than report: 'Foreigners are required to obtain a non-immigrant visa before entering into Myanmar.' That sentence creates the default for every issuer no list names, which is why the residual row cites it.

The Ministry's visa-on-arrival page grants Japan, Republic of Korea and Macau nationals a tourist visa on arrival with a 30-day stay, and the Beijing Embassy extension confirms the trial continues to 20 October 2026.
