Aevamo’s reading

Decreto 616/2010 is the Reglamento de la Ley de Migraciones 25.871 that establishes the admission categories, the tourist subcategory and its stay period, and the framework under which all consular-visa exemptions operate; the exemption resolutions (189/1995, 137-E/2017, 316/2025, 353/2025) carve visa-free entries out of that framework.

The DNM Régimen de Visas table lists each of these countries under "Pasaporte Ordinario (Turista)" without the "REQUIERE VISA" marker, so their nationals are admitted as tourists without a prior visa; each has a bilateral visa-waiver instrument recorded in Argentina's treaty register.

What this answer covers Limits & assumptions

Work and residence rights are separate from this check. This is the entry rule and the length of stay the instrument grants. It is not a decision about you: the officer at the border decides admission, and we do not evaluate the purpose of your trip, your passport's remaining validity, an onward ticket, funds, insurance or health requirements.
