Act 573 s.4(1) requires every person other than a citizen of Ghana entering Ghana to hold a valid visa unless exempted, and L.I. 1691 Reg 3(1)-(2) and Reg 21 define the exempted classes (ECOWAS nationals and citizens of countries with reciprocal visa-exemption agreements); the GIS Legal Handbook reproduces both instruments verbatim, so it is the document that creates the obligation rather than a description of it.
Each of these rows on the MFA's 13 August 2026 visa-free table has the Ordinary column ticked with a 90-day maximum duration, so an ordinary passport of each named state enters visa-free for up to 90 days.
