Before you travel: you need an e-visa. Arrive by air or land only, via Yangon International Airport or Mandalay International Airport or Nay Pyi Taw International Airport or Kawthaung International Land Border Checkpoint. The authorisation itself is valid 90 days, that is not how long you may stay.
