## Source passage

> (9) Despite this section, an immigration officer shall grant a permit—
>                 (a) for a citizen of protocol Member State to enter and remain in
>                     Montserrat for an indefinite period; and
>                 (b) for a citizen of any other member state of the Organisation of
>                     Eastern Caribbean States landing in Montserrat from any place
>                     beyond Montserrat to enter and remain in Montserrat for a period
>                     of six months.
